We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Events Officer to work within the University.

The successful candidate will provide professional support for the delivery of a range of stakeholder engagement events. Utilizing specialist skills & experience to provide expert guidance, the postholder will manage the delivery of stakeholder engagement events across a portfolio that includes student recruitment, alumni engagement and reputation events.

• Plan and deliver a programme of events that enhance the University’s reputation nationally and internationally and strengthen our relationship with key stakeholder audiences and influencers.
• Oversee communication and delivery plans for all events within remit, managing budgets and logistics, and liaising with colleagues to deliver an exceptional event experience for all attendees.
• Responsible for a wide range of events on and off campus, including some events held overseas. These may be delivered as physical, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Represent the University by engaging with stakeholders in relation to student recruitment, alumni engagement and reputation events.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and open ended (permanent).
