We have an opportunity for you to join a premier IT support organization providing comprehensive, multi-tiered IT solutions to Notre Dame Global. 

The Associate Director, IT Solutions, serves as a key liaison between Notre Dame Global locations, primarily London, and the University’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). This role bridges strategic collaboration and technical expertise to deliver innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive compliance, and support strategic initiatives. 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and sustaining strong relationships with global teams, campus colleagues, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of Notre Dame’s global network, while fostering alignment with University-wide IT standards. Acting as a trusted advisor and embedded member of Notre Dame Global IT, you will ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions that advance organizational goals and elevate student and staff experiences. 

Additionally, this role serves as a backup to the IT Director, contributing leadership and strategic vision while nurturing meaningful relationships across Notre Dame Global locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or UK equivalent.
  • Ideally minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • Strong background in business analysis, quality assurance standards, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally with a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as required.
