Business Transformation Analyst - KTP Associate

Location: Aurrigo International Plc, Unit 33, Bilton Industrial Estate, Humber Ave, Coventry CV3 1JL

Contract Type: Fixed Term (21 months)

This Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project aims to enhance Aurrigo's competitive advantage in autonomous aviation baggage/cargo handling by revolutionising its sales and marketing strategy.

Aurrigo International plc is a global leader in transport technology solutions. This KTP will transform its marketing approach, expand its customer base, and build organisational capabilities, enabling scalable revenue growth during a period of rapid change.

This role offers an opportunity to lead a strategic commercial project, working with senior Aston University academics and Aurrigo staff to apply theory and modelling in practice.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and a Master’s in Management or MBA.
• Skills/experience required:
  • Commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in B2B Sales & Marketing.
  • Change management and cultural transformation expertise.
  • Strong process mapping & improvement skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Qualitative research and data analysis skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic project to revolutionise Aurrigo’s marketing strategy and explore business model innovation.
• Understand Aurrigo’s technical capabilities to design effective value propositions and communication strategies.
• Develop a Decision Support Tool for customer acquisition and management.
• Benchmark operations, sales management processes, and performance targets.
• Drive organisational change to transition Aurrigo into a sales and marketing-led business.
• Embed knowledge through collaborative work, training, and workshops.
• Disseminate outputs via conferences, publications, and trade exhibitions.
