The James Watt School of Engineering is looking for a Research Assistant/Associate to contribute to/make a leading contribution to a project focusing on wireless systems involving technologies for both sensing and communications, under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Ali Imran, who will act as the Line Manager and Principal Investigator (PI). The project particularly emphasizes ambient and remote sensing techniques, connectivity for healthcare, and self-organizing systems. Research experience in these areas will be highly valued.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications, development of research proposals, co-supervision of researchers and PhD students, organization of events, and coordination of research spaces as appropriate.
