At Leeds Trinity University social justice and equity are key to our mission. We are working to ensure that people can access opportunities which support them to success and help to alleviate the impact of disadvantage and inequity which might otherwise negatively impact on their potential. A key element of our Equity and Social Justice approach is through our Access and Participation Plan. We are seeking an Access and Participation and Evaluation Coordinator to work alongside our Access and Participation Lead and Impact and Evaluation Manager to manage the project delivery, ensure monitoring processes are in place and maintained, and to support the Impact and Evaluation Manager in organising evaluation activity and administration.
The AP&E coordinator will work with departments across the institution and our partners to support the management of the APP projects, ensuring that teams have the support that they require to implement interventions, monitor progress of activity, and support the administrative requirements including minuting meetings and updating action trackers, to support the successful implementation of activity. Furthermore, this role will work closely with the Impact and Evaluation Officer to identify research evidence and contribute to organising evaluation practice as required.
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional organisational skills, a commitment to student success and an understanding of the importance of an evaluative mindset.
This role will support teams across the institution to deliver the agenda to meet our strategic aims and regulatory requirements as defined within the APP. We are also seeking a fractional Access and Participation Lead which will work closely with this role.
