The above part-time post (0.4 FTE) is available immediately on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until 31 October 2025, on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Doctoral Clinical PGR Portfolio, Psychology.
As part of a wider job share for a maternity cover, we are recruiting for a 0.2 FTE Senior Lecturer (EDI Lead and Senior Academic Tutor) and a 0.2 FTE Senior Lecturer (Clinical Skills & ROP Convenor). Please note that EDI Lead and ROP parts of the roles have already been recruited to. As the post holder, your role would be focused on the convenor aspect, to help with curriculum development.

The role
The Faculty wishes to recruit a part-time (0.4 FTE) Senior Lecturer to act as Senior Academic Tutor for the DClinPsy PGR Doctoral Training Programme in Clinical Psychology. The DClinPsy is part of the DClinPGR portfolio of Programmes and based within the Department of Psychology at the University of Exeter.
You will work with the Academic Director to ensure the on-going development and delivery of the academic curriculum of the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy). This will include acting as a Curriculum Convenor for the Clinical Skills strand and support the wider academic team with development and delivery of other teaching strands within the academic module of DClinPsy (e.g. adult & older adult, learning disabilities and child). This will require working in collaboration with trainees, external lecturers, the DClinPsy Curriculum Convenors and experts by experience.
