You will oversee the daily service provision, operations and supervision of a team of Library Assistants. You will act as the Library's Research Support representative, offering proactive, high-level assistance to the research community. Ensuring that library collections are easily accessible to students and staff will be a priority, along with administering and enhancing digital services, platforms, software, and tools as required.
