Salary: £34,866 to £46,485 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
We are excited to be expanding our animal care team by recruiting this permanent, full-time position. You are passionate about animal welfare and research excellence and looking for an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking and vibrant team at a leading University.
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of defined areas of our facility, and the management and development of a team of technicians. Fulfilling the Named Animal Care & Welfare Officer (NACWO) role, you will be decisive, proactive and motivate and encourage your team to strive for high performance.
