The Liverpool City Region Civic Data Cooperative (CDC) is looking to appoint a Project Manager (Maternity Cover) to manage the delivery of CDC’s core projects.
Our vision is to create a vibrant, internationally visible civic data environment creating a common purpose to make health-related data from the region’s people work for the people. Based on a collaborative, open approach to governance the co-operative supports people and organisations to improve the lives of Liverpool City Region residents while driving economic growth in health tech and digital. The project is one of the flagship programmes of the Civic Health Innovation Labs (CHIL), a University of Liverpool interdisciplinary research centre for global health innovation. The CDC works with a wide range of partners to deliver on this vision, including the University of Liverpool, NHS organisations, Liverpool Health Partners, Liverpool City Council, and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, as well as local commercial and international organisations.
The team are now looking for a well organised individual who can manage a diverse portfolio of projects including coordinating a large group of internal and external stakeholders including members of the public. This work will also include monthly and quarterly financial reporting and performance monitoring against the funders set objectives.

Ideally candidates would be available to start on the 10th March 2025. The post is available until the 31st December 2025 with hybrid/flexible working. When in the office, the role will be based in the Liverpool Science Park.

Although the university has a hybrid working system, the expectation is that the successful applicant appointed to this role will be expected to work more than 60% on campus.
