The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role at the heart of University of the Arts London's Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes.
UAL’s Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP) offer specialist courses for international students (including pre-sessional English language programmes, preparation for BA and study abroad opportunities), allowing students around the world to progress onto UAL courses.
We are looking for a Senior International Operations Manager to lead and oversee the student journey for SAPP's courses. From enquiry to course completion, you will ensure that robust processes are in place, helping us to meet student recruitment targets.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with a first-class degree (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
You will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the international student pipeline into HE, including English language development programmes. Additional knowledge and an understanding of the needs and motivations of study abroad students is also essential.
In addition to this, you will possess strong organisational, management and communication skills, including the ability build and maintain professional networks.
