About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team. The role of the Business Analyst is to support the Senior Finance Systems Manager and the wider finance team on the delivery and development of process optimisation across the department.
In this role, you will focus on understanding current processes and recommending improvement to standardise, simplify and automate. This will be a pivotal role in the department delivering change to drive efficiency and support the current finance team to improve delivery of effective information to the wider University.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent business analysis skills and proven experience in developing and implementing enhanced processes. You will need excellent communication skills to be able to understand the current business needs and translate these into requirements that will be developed and deliver improved solutions.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 18 months due to business demand.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
