This position will be based in the Neuroscience and Mental Health Group: Anxiety Lab.
About the role
The post-holder will join European Research Council Advanced Grant (MECHANX) exploring the neural and computational mechanisms of anxiety disorder treatment response. The post-holder will be expected to carry out research in the area of cognitive neuroscience relating to mental health.

The postion is offered full-time for 6 months in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.
About you
You will have a PhD in neuroscience/cognitive neuroscience/psychology/psychiatry/ computational neuroscience/mathematical psychology. You have considerable experience applying mathematical modelling and/or neuroimaging techniques to data. You have considerable knowledge of neuroimaging and/or computational modelling analysis techniques and associated literature. You have experience of using R, Python or comparable software packages. You have a proven ability to write up research findings. You have experience of working in the context of a research team.
