We now have an opportunity for a HR Consultant to help deliver the people strategies at UAL. The HR Consultant provides professional HR advice and expertise to client groups across the University. You will be joining a diverse and friendly team where HR Consultants and HR Business Partners work seamlessly to support their client groups through strategic change programmes, employee relations case work and provide HR expertise and advice to a range of stakeholders.
About you
A key part of this role is to provide advice, coaching, and guidance interventions to individuals and help resolve complex issues including employee relations casework and people related problems across the University. Our ideal candidate will be CIPD-qualified to graduate level or equivalent, or working towards this, experienced in a unionised environment, dealing with employee relations casework and change.
You will be an excellent and influential communicator, solution/outcome focused and with a proven track record of successful customer service, task management, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
