University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for an experienced project manager to support the implementation of our Modernisation and Service Improvement initiatives, within the People and Culture Department.
These initiatives form part of an ambitious project to enhance our work and efficiency through improvements to our HR systems, data, policies and processes. As People Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering these initiatives, alongside wider service improvement projects within our People and Culture department.

About you
You will need proven experience in project management and methodologies, ideally within HR or with an internal focus.
Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
You will also need excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A strong understanding and knowledge of the latest trends and research in people practices, systems and technologies is also essential.
