Working with the IT Systems Team Leader, this role provides network, server, and security infrastructure administration on-site at the Business School. The IT infrastructure is extensive and varied, the role holder will have a working knowledge of on-premises services and be able to resolve infrastructure issues as they arise. This requires a broad range of technical and practical experience, including but not limited to networking, security, server administration, backup, disaster recovery, researching, and advanced fault finding.
The successful candidate will have experience managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, hands-on experience in server administration, strong knowledge of networking protocols, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for an individual who is ambitious and has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
