As you gain more experience and training, you would be expected to undertake more complex aspects of the role along with challenging tasks and responsibilities. There may be opportunities to learn novel techniques and gain knowledge in new areas of expertise. A good working understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations and practices is also required.
