About the vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Adviser to join our multidisciplinary Health and Safety Team at the UWE Bristol. We provide professional advice, support and guidance across the whole of the University on a wide array of relevant legislation.
The Colleges operate across all three of our major campuses and their teaching and research activities include art and engineering workshops, healthcare skills suites, laboratories and collaborative initiative working with other institutions and organisations. Staff and students also undertake a range of activities to include fieldwork and overseas travel.
As a business partner you will be the first point of contact providing coaching, advice, support, training and audit support to the portfolio area within your remit. You will also work collaboratively with the rest of the Health and Safety Team as part of our day-to-day work. UWE Bristol is a campus-based University and it is important for our success and the delivery of an outstanding health and safety service this role is front facing and campus based.

This is a full-time, permanent post working 37 hours per week.
