Are you passionate about helping students unlock their potential? Join us as an Employability and Placement Officer! In this exciting role, you'll connect students with invaluable work experiences by leveraging industry contacts to find the best placement opportunities. You'll guide and support students through the processes and ensuring they feel confident and prepared, all while working closely with our dedicated Employability & Placements Assistants.
The ideal candidate must have a sound understanding of our diverse student community and must demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development in work-based and placement learning or employability development.
The successful candidate will be part of a team committed to enhancing students' career capital and staying ahead of labour market trends. You'll develop and promote engaging employability activities, coach and mentor students, and collaborate with academic and student experience staff to ensure a seamless integration of employability into the curriculum.
