About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Infrastructure Software Manager to support, advance and maximise several critical IT services for the University.
The Infrastructure Software team is vital within IT Services. It is responsible for authentication and identity management services, Office 365 technologies including email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, end user account generation and management of more than 25000 accounts.
About You
You will be leading a dedicated and enthusiastic team of IT specialists, committed to delivering valuable, secure and reliable services across the university. The Infrastructure Software Manager will utilise expert levels of knowledge in IT infrastructure to resolve complex technical issues, drive projects activities and advance our service offerings.
