About the Role
Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Translational Lymphoma Research group of Professor Jessica Okosun. Our lab aims to understand the biological mechanisms that underpin disease initiation, progression and the different clinical behaviours of specific B- and T-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas by investigating intra-tumour heterogeneity, clonal evolution, biomarkers of response and resistance to therapies and developing methodologies to study lymphoma cell populations (Okosun et al, 2014; 2016, Nature Genetics; Araf et al, Leukemia 2018; Poynton et al, Blood Adv 2023; Coulter et al, J Mol Diagn 2024). The successful postdoc will investigate ctDNA dynamics, tumour and immune heterogeneity in lymphoma patients treated with CAR-T cell therapy using patient samples and employing a combination of multi-modal techniques (scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, 6L-seq).
Informal enquiries are highly encouraged (contact: j.okosun@qmul.ac.uk)
