About the role
As Assistant Committees and Casework Officer, you will support the Academic Committees and Student Casework Manager with casework in matters of student complaints, appeals, discipline, and fitness to practise, ensuring cases are progressed in compliance with policies and procedures. In addition, you will be a key contact between the School and the School Office teams for matters related to student casework. You will collaborate with academic colleagues and other professional services colleagues across the school and both partner universities. You will give advice about student casework and policy, and academic committee functions.
About you
Ideally, you will have relevant experience of working with students in higher education. You will have the skills to manage your own workload and at times, support other colleagues. You will communicate clearly with the team, line management, and stakeholders.
