Background
This role is based within the Operations team within Digital Education in Learning Enhancement and Development (LEaD). LEaD supports, develops and influences education at City St George’s, University of London. We contribute to educational strategy, run a Master’s in Academic Practice; work with staff to further develop their pedagogic practices; help implement and develop educational technologies and learning spaces; and support students in need of learning support.

The successful candidate will bring experience of supporting others to create effective multimedia resources.
With an aptitude for working with new systems and strong organisational skills, you will coordinate video productions, manage MILL bookings and processes.
You will be able to proactively manage your workload and will work as part of a team to share ideas and improvements to processes.
