Your role as a Catering Assistant:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the team in "The Club House" located in the David Ross Sports Village. The Club House offers a branded coffee experience alongside fresh, nutritious food served every lunch and evening.
We are looking for people with are passionate about food and delivering great service for every customer and will proactively go out of their way to exceed customer expectations.

You will have an eye for detail and aim to deliver the exceptional operational standards required particularly at busy service times.

Available position:
Post 1- Hours of work 36.25 per week (5 shifts/days per week, 7.25 hours each day mainly Monday to Friday to include regular weekends) between the hours of 7:00am-7:30pm, on a permanent 52 weeks of the year contract. Flexibility will be required.
This position is offered, on a permanent basis working throughout the full calendar year, 52-weeks of the year (including outside of term and student vacation periods).
Out of terms working hours- Out of term time the facility will operate adjusted opening hours to accommodate events. Colleagues will be expected to work on a different working pattern, usually between the hours of 7.00am-5:30pm. Flexibility will be required, further information will be provided at the interview stage
What’s in it for you?
The successful candidate for this position will be expected to attend statutory training courses and any refresher training required as part of the role. The department have planned training courses throughout the year and there is an option to attend either during a typical week, Monday to Friday or set weekend dates, Saturday and Sunday, within the year. Further details will be given at the interview.
