The Wellbeing Officer is a pivotal role dedicated to student support. You will be at the forefront of handling all welfare concerns, providing essential one-on-one pastoral support, and managing cases for a diverse range of students, including those with health and SEND requirements. A key part of the job is creating and monitoring support plans and ensuring the safeguarding of all students in line with policy. Beyond individual support, you'll be instrumental in organising a variety of events and activities that promote health and well-being. This requires strong collaborative skills to work with both students and colleagues to provide a supportive student experience.
