The Surrey Research Park at the University of Surrey is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join our Surveying and Planning Team. We are guardians of the estate from an ownership, asset management and planning perspective. You’ll be working with the Principal Surveyor and Head of Surveying & Planning, to undertake Property Administration tasks for various strategic projects and to support the day-to-day management of tenant relationships across the Campuses.
This role would suit someone who has worked in the built environment sector and has some knowledge of the legal and financial issues that arise from owning and managing commercial property.
The Role:
The Surveying and Planning Team are guardians of the estate from an ownership, asset management and planning perspective. You’ll be part of this expanding remit, working with the Principal Surveyor and Head of Surveying & Planning, to undertake Property Administration tasks for various strategic projects and to support the day to day management of selected tenant relationships across the Campuses and Research Park.
