Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: Fixed-Term/Contract

About the role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, comprehensive, and confidential support to members of the Leadership Team within Fundraising and Supporter Development (F&SD). The postholder will liaise in a highly professional manner with external and internal stakeholders at a senior level within King’s College London and King’s Maudsley Partnership. There will also be interactions with other key supporters and stakeholders, including donors. The postholder must be able to juggle competing priorities, work to tight deadlines, communicate and negotiate tasks on behalf of the Leadership Team and Directors and have an excellent attention to detail. The postholder will also be readily available to take on discrete areas of project work, contribute to/create presentations and support the production of reports as appropriate.

The Directors that the post support have particularly complex diaries and demanding agendas and the postholder must be able to navigate this and provide support that anticipates demands and allows the Directors to focus on their key priorities. The postholder will take an active interest in the activity and objectives of the Department, which will allow them to provide the level of support required.

The postholder will hold an important position within the teams reporting to the Directors and within F&SD more broadly. The post will work particularly closely with other members of the EA and Admin Team and help out with various other office related tasks and projects as necessary.

At interview, you’ll meet diverse panels who will set you at ease, as we want you to be as comfortable as possible during the process.

This is a full time role (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a 12-month fixed term parental leave contract. F&SD has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.
