Summary of the role
The Strategic Initiatives Manager plays a pivotal role in implementing and coordinating a portfolio of initiatives that underpin the current Research and Impact Strategy and will continue to be critical to the next strategy (2026–2031). The postholder will oversee key initiatives, including the Exeter Research Networks, and the Complex Initiatives Fund. This forward-looking role is critical in shaping Exeter’s research environment to support dynamic collaborations and innovative, high-impact research.
