The role
We are looking for a talented individual to join the Alumni and Supporter Engagement Team within the Global Advancement office (part of the External Engagement and Global Division).
The Alumni Engagement Administrator role will include providing professional and administrative support for all alumni and supporter engagement activities and provide a prompt, professional and efficient response to alumni enquiries. The role will also provide support to the Alumni Events Officer with alumni event delivery, in addition to providing administrative support to the Alumni and Supporter Engagement team.
We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals, who enjoys event delivery, processing data, and working with stakeholders. Ability to work well as part of a team is essential, as is a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
