Senior Secretary to the Professor of Translational Immunology Director of The Cambridge Institute of Therapeutic Immunology & Infectious Disease (CITIID)

We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a Senior Secretary to support the Professor of Translational Immunology / Director of The Cambridge Institute of Therapeutic Immunology & Infectious Disease (CITIID) and their research group.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support for Professor Clatworthy and will require exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Excellent word processing, IT skills are essential, as is meticulous attention to detail. Experience of working on your own initiative in a University administration environment and/or within the NHS would be a distinct advantage.
Your office will be split across the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology and the Jeffrey Cheah Biomedical Centre, both of which are located on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
The successful applicant will be part of a friendly team responsible for running and maintaining a varied and busy office on behalf of Professor Clatworthy. We welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements, including hybrid home/onsite, and will consider all reasonable proposals.
