About the role
The University of Plymouth’s Faculty of Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our professional services team. Reporting to the Faculty Registrar, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of academic quality assurance processes and programme administration.
As a key member of the Faculty’s Registry team, you will provide expert advice on academic regulations, policies, and quality assurance procedures. You will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, such as HCPC, GMC, GDC, QAA, and OfS, to maintain compliance and support the continuous development of our programmes.
This role requires a proactive and solutions-focused professional with a commitment to delivering high standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be an experienced professional with a background in quality assurance or administration in a complex, regulated environment, ideally within higher education or health, although this experience is not essential. You will excel at managing teams, navigating change, and building collaborative relationships institution wide.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
For this role, you will need to be on site 2 days a week. Although we can acommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
