About the Role
This role is to provide administrative support to the Joint Research Management Office (JRMO) to operate efficiently and effectively within the two organizations- Queen Mary University of London and Barts Health NHS Trust. The emphasis will be on managing the office and supporting the Head of JRMO Departments.
About You
For this role you will need to be educated to Degree level, have experience in a secretarial or administrative role, and be an excellent communicator, able to foster effective working relationships with colleagues and contacts at all levels both internally to Queen Mary and Barts Health NHS Trust, and also externally.
You will need to be able to plan your own workload, juggling competing pressures and deadlines, having excellent discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy skills.
