About the role
The Enterprise Lab is Imperial College London’s dedicated centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Each year we support over 2,500 students and recent alumni to learn new skills, meet new people and launch new ventures. As Innovation & Entrepreneurship Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Imperial Enterprise Lab’s exciting activities including one-off events, workshops and cohort-based programmes for our community of enterprising students, staff and alumni. This role will allow you to coordinate and support the team on a range of activities to support their implementation and impact.
What you would be doing
You will be supporting the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Managers and the Head of Enterprise Lab to deliver a series of exceptional programmes and events.
Your role will include cross programme process refinement and execution, including supporting large scale events, and programme evaluation. This is a varied role that will support and play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of 4+ entrepreneurial programmes and building an entrepreneurial community at Imperial College and beyond.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with experience of working in innovation and entrepreneurship support at a level suitable to facilitate credibility and positive relations with staff, students, alumni and external partners
You will need project coordination experience at a level conducive to delivering a high-quality education and professional development programme in a world-class institutional setting
You should have experience in organising and delivering both student orientated and partner engagement activities successfully, e.g. small (10 person) and large (200+ person) events
Effective communication skills, written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective contact for a contemporary student and alumni audience.
