The University of Central Lancashire’s School of Business is ambitious in its aspirations for research and knowledge exchange (RKE). We are looking for an inspirational Associate Dean for Research and Knowledge Exchange to lead this exciting transformation.

Our Centre for SME and Enterprise Development and Institute for Research into Work, Organisations and Employment (iROWE) undertake RKE that influences business improvement and policy, informs teaching, and promotes positive change in the communities we serve. The school also has a new RKE Institute, who will work alongside the Associate Dean RKE.

The Associate Dean (Research & Knowledge Exchange) in the Business School will lead a growing team of research-focused academics to support the University strategy. Reporting to the Dean, you will join a supportive Executive Team and oversee the school's professoriate. You will also be supported to continue your own RKE activities and pursue personal research goals.
