We are seeking a motivated and skilled Student Success Evaluator to join our newly established Student Success Evaluation Centre. In this role, you will lead and support evaluation projects to assess the effectiveness of our student success initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the university, you will use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to build an evidence base for student outcomes, supporting strategic goals and compliance with our Access and Participation Plan. Additionally, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of evaluative thinking across the university by developing resources and delivering workshops to enhance evaluation skills and knowledge.
If you have a strong background in evaluation, possess excellent organisational and analytical skills, and are passionate about difference in student outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
