To provide proactive and professional support to the HR Team by co-ordinating WMG’s training and development activities. To achieve a high level of staff engagement, and ensure the department is compliant with all legal training requirements
WMG is an academic department at the University of Warwick. With an ambition to work in HR and join the growing HR team within WMG.
The opportunity will provide exposure to many varied HR related processes and bring you into contact with a wide range of people. You will have experience of working in a team and experience of working on your own initiative to resolve issues.

About You
We welcome applications from experienced administrators, with an eye for detail. The successful applicant must be flexible and able to deal quickly and appropriately to individual situations as they arise, as well as communicate effectively with a wide range of people in a proactive and customer-focused way.
In line with dealing with the coronavirus pandemic, the role requires the individual to be working from home. You will be required to attend daily huddles and catch-ups with the HR Team to ensure effective communication and team dynamic; in order to fulfil your role. Therefore, access to internet and a discretionary environment will be essential for this role. In addition, we operate a flexible working policy and will consider any needs you may have around extra caring responsibilities during this time.
We are committed to training and developing our staff and there may be opportunities to get involved with project and case work to support the wider HR Team.
