We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral scholars with a passion for flexible bioelectronics to join our dynamic research team. This project focuses on developing advanced sensing systems to provide real-time feedback for medical applications. By merging bioinspired design, cutting-edge materials, and AI-driven technologies, the goal is to create innovative solutions that enhance precision, safety, and effectiveness in healthcare.
As a member of the Multiscale Intelligent Biodevices Lab (MIB), led by Dr. Rujie Sun at the University of Southampton, you will play a key role in advancing bioelectronic systems with real-time monitoring capabilities. Your responsibilities will include designing and fabricating flexible bioelectronics that integrate seamlessly with medical tools, improving their precision, reliability, and usability through state-of-the-art microfabrication and AI techniques. Applications for Research Fellow positions will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon successful completion of the PhD. Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
