An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Neuroscience Theme of the Cambridge Clinical Trials Unit (CCTU). This role will also be involved with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) Devices and Advanced Therapies Theme.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a portfolio of clinical trials and studies within clinical neurosciences and the wider BRC Devices and Advanced Therapies theme, working with a variety of PIs and research teams.
There are additional opportunities to contribute to our developing equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and/or patient and public involvement/engagement work.
Key job functions
To facilitate and coordinate the set-up and conduct of clinical trials and/or clinical studies (including of advanced therapies and medical devices), working closely with the Chief Investigators and their teams, with guidance from senior staff within the Neuroscience Theme.
Coordinate work within the NIHR Cambridge BRC Devices and Advanced Therapies Theme, including organisation of meetings, working with senior staff in the Theme. This will include the organisation of One Stop Shop meetings and pump priming and PPIE funding opportunities.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 years in the first instance.
