Background
The post holder will work on a grant led by Professor Jill Bradshaw funded by NIHR (National Institute for Health and Social Care Research): COmmuNity eNgagEment and partiCipaTion of adults with learning disabilities (CONNECT). The project will be based in the Intellectual Disabilities Research Institute (IDRIS) at the University of Birmingham.
The team comprises Professor Jill Bradshaw, (IDRIS, University of Birmingham), Dr Annette Bauer (LSE) (joint PIs), Dr Sue Caton (MMU), Dr Stuart Todd (USW), Professor Laurence Taggart, QUB, Dr Geoff Wong (University of Oxford), Professor Richard Hastings (IDRIS, University of Birmingham) and Anna Marriott (NDTi). The post holder will carry out a realist synthesis and co-produce resources with key groups, including people with intellectual disabilities and their carers.
