Health and Social Care Lecturer

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and tutorials.
• Implement innovative teaching techniques.
• Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Record and report student progress and attendance.
• Stay updated with industry developments.
• Support safeguarding and equality initiatives.
• Liaise with course teams, student support, and parents/carers.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant degree in Early Years or related field.
• GCSE Maths and English (C/4 or equivalent).
• Assessor/IQA qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Experience in early years education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Commitment to equality and diversity.
