DN Colleges Group is seeking a proactive and user-focused IT Engineer to join our IT Services team. This role is crucial in providing a positive customer experience with the IT Helpdesk through second line technical support for college systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations across all campuses and outreach centres in North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. You will support colleagues to resolve IT issues and provide guidance and information.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating a positive customer experience and building relationships cross-functionally, with a keen interest in IT.
