We're recruiting for a part time Art & Design Technician - Ceramics & Glass, to join our Creative Arts Department at Richmond Campus.
You will provide appropriate support to the work of students and lecturers in the Art and Design Department. The postholder will assist with preparation of materials, demonstration of techniques and maintenance of equipment in all our Ceramics and art & design areas. They will supervise classes of learners in Active Learning Facilitator sessions in the teaching areas.
This is a part time position of 22 hours per week, over 3 days. Term time based (42 weeks per year).
Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre in 2024.
