We are seeking a Lecturer in Business Management with expertise in Research Methods to deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. 

In this role, you will focus on teaching and supporting students to achieve their academic and professional aspirations. This includes delivering innovative and inspiring sessions across a range of levels, including undergraduate and postgraduate provision. You will also design and develop learning materials and assessments that prepare students for success in a rapidly evolving business environment. 

Providing academic and pastoral support, playing a significant role in supervising independent projects such as dissertations, and contributing to curriculum development are key aspects of the role. 

We are looking for someone with a strong teaching background in higher education and experience in delivering research-based modules. You will have a PhD (or equivalent) in Business Management or a related field, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to obtain one, is essential. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to providing an outstanding student experience and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
