In addition, you will provide committee administration support, including developing schedules for committees, ensuring they adhere to RCPCH Governance arrangements.
Educated to A-level standard or with relevant experience in line management and a similar role, you will have outstanding communication skills and be adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
With an awareness of the principles of effective project management, risk mitigation, risk management and governance, you will be able to find pragmatic solutions, seek improvements and adapt to changing situations.
You will also have the ability to act to minimise errors and inaccuracies, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and correctness in dealing with information and data.
Your excellent report writing skills will enable you to present information in a fluent and persuasive manner to people at a range of levels.
