Further information

If you have any questions, please email Dr. Soo Yim, EAP Course Leader (syy51@bath.ac.uk)

In addition to completing the online application, please record a short video (up to 10 minutes), giving your oral responses to the following questions:

  1. You have set up a small group task (3-4 students per group) in your class and you notice one group seems to be ignoring one group member who is less confident when working in English. How would you address this?
  2. What do you believe are the two most important soft skills in the context of preparing students for their degree programmes? How do you help students develop these in your teaching sessions?
  3. A student approaches you and is worried that they cannot write the course essay without heavily using AI. What steps would you take?

Please send your video as an attachment to: syy51@bath.ac.uk
