Harper Adams University is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor to cover a period of maternity leave (up to 12 months).
The holder of this post will provide comprehensive, proactive and professional administration in support of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and the Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research and Research Culture). The role requires an individual who is versatile, effective and organised and can manage several pieces of work concurrently.
In addition to the formal interview, short listed candidates will be required to complete several role related tasks which will assess diary management skills, allocation of priorities, basic data analysis and desk research.
Experience/Qualification required:
The role is predominantly campus based, however there may be some occasional opportunities for remote working in agreement with the Deputy-Vice-Chancellor and dependant on business need.
