Are you passionate about helping students with their personal development to support their future career aspirations? Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same? The Careers Centre at the University of Reading is looking for a full-time Careers Adviser to join our Career Consultancy team to plan and deliver extra-curricular, undergraduate workshops, seminars and 1: 1 drop-ins for finalists across our campuses. You will also be instrumental in building greater student visibility and engagement for our Finalist Futures programme working closely with Reading Students’ Union and the Careers’ Information and Events team to develop social media content and other marketing materials. This is initially a 12 month fixed-term role, with the potential to be offered on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to move into careers guidance for someone who has experience in recruitment or FE careers work, and are looking to gain valuable experience working within a friendly, busy and award- winning Careers Centre.
