Join us as an Instructional Designer at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), one of the UK’s longest established, independent higher education institutions offering degree and post-graduate courses in functional nutrition and nutritional therapy. This is an exciting time at the Institute as we look to grow and launch new programmes and awards.
This is a permanent, part-time position within a collaborative academic support team, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to play a key role in supporting the academic team in designing and developing engaging course materials. You will consult with academic staff to identify course and module goals, apply evidence-based instructional strategies, and integrate innovative online and technology-enhanced components to create dynamic, learner-centered environments. A particular focus will be on developing interactive and multimedia resources that align with best practices in pedagogy and technology to enhance student engagement and ensure high-quality learning experiences across various ION courses.
