The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Jeanne Marchig International Centre for Animal Welfare Education
Full-time: 35 hours per week
Fixed-term: for 30 months
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated post-doctoral researcher to join our animal welfare team to work on a project investigating welfare in racehorses. The post will require the use of behavioural assessment techniques on commercial racing yards, and engagement with a variety of stakeholders working in racing.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
