The School of Law seeks to appoint a Lecturer in Scots Private Law (Property) (R&T) at Grade 7.
The successful candidate will contribute to learning and teaching on agreed programmes, undertake research of international excellence, contribute to knowledge exchange activities relative to the discipline, and undertake administration and service activities in line with the School/Colleges strategic objectives.
The School of Law is ranked 43rd amongst law schools globally in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2022. It is a centre for innovative world leading research and excellence in education. We are proud to be an international law school with a rich heritage. Law was one of the four original faculties established by the University upon its founding in 1451. The subject has been taught continuously since 1714. Today, we teach students from over 30 countries with a staff from across the world.
This post is full time (35 hrs per week) and fixed term for 30th month
