- THE ROLE -
As an Analyst / Developer in Digital Innovation, your role will involve designing, constructing, and supporting innovative and efficient business solutions within the Digital Innovation Team and in conjunction with our preferred partners. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in establishing a robust development framework that sets the standard for digitising business processes in the future, ensuring that the University remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
- ABOUT YOU -
- Degree or postgraduate qualification or demonstrate appropriate level and range of professional experience
- Experience of both developing and supporting complex business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform or similar business process automation technologies
- Experience of working on IT projects which included process modelling and reengineering using business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience of managing and performing software usability testing and quality checks.
- Demonstrable ability to analyse complex problems, evaluate and define possible solutions and implement those solutions in code
- Ability to produce high quality training materials and deliver training to a range of stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the post
- Willingness to attend campuses out of hours, on occasion, to deal with matters of high priority
